BRKTRK PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE LICENSE

1. Ownership

BRKTRK, including its source code, application code, original documentation, visual identity and other original materials, is proprietary software unless a particular file or component expressly states otherwise.

2. End-user use

Myldy design permits an end user to access and run an unmodified official BRKTRK build for its intended music-creation and performance purposes, subject to any product terms presented with that build.

This permission does not grant a right to redistribute BRKTRK, publish its source code or object code, sublicense it, sell copies of it, create or distribute derivative versions, or incorporate BRKTRK code into another product or service without prior written permission from the copyright holder.

3. Reverse engineering and mandatory law

No permission is granted to reverse engineer, decompile or circumvent access or integrity controls except to the extent such activity cannot lawfully be restricted under applicable mandatory law. Nothing in this license limits rights that applicable law does not permit the copyright holder to waive or restrict.

4. Third-party materials

Third-party code, assets, libraries, engines or other materials remain governed by their own applicable license terms and notices. This license does not replace or narrow rights granted by third-party licenses.

5. Earlier BRKTRK copies

This license applies only to BRKTRK copies expressly distributed under it. Earlier BRKTRK copies that were distributed under different license terms remain governed by the terms that accompanied those copies. Changing the license for current development does not revoke permissions already granted for earlier copies.

6. No warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BRKTRK IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CLAIMS, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

For redistribution, commercial licensing, source licensing, integration or other permissions beyond the end-user use above, obtain written permission from Myldy design / the copyright holder.
