Current BRKTRK development is proprietary. See LICENSE.txt.

Earlier BRKTRK copies were released under license terms that accompanied those specific copies. Those permissions remain effective for those copies; the current proprietary license does not retroactively revoke them.

Historical repository records, release notes and source snapshots may therefore contain earlier licensing statements. They are historical evidence, not the license declaration for the current proprietary development line.

Third-party engines, libraries, assets and other materials retain their own license and attribution requirements. Their notices and provenance must be preserved where applicable.

The BRKTRK name, logo and other project artwork are project identity assets. No permission to use them to brand a modified or unrelated product, imply endorsement, or claim an unofficial build as an official Myldy design release is granted by the current repository license.
